Benja is currently advising Olympiatoppen - the Norwegian organization for development, recruitment and training of elite athletic performers - on governance in the project "The Female Lift" (Kvinneløftet).
Furthermore she is advising and a member in the steering committee on the project "Healthy Female Sports" (Sunn Jente Idrett) project, the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Comittee and confederation of sports (NIF).
